Edge AI Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Edge AI Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for designing, optimizing, and deploying machine learning models on resource-constrained edge devices while ensuring efficient performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement edge AI solutions optimized for various hardware including mobile SoCs and embedded accelerators
• Apply techniques such as quantization and pruning to fit models within edge constraints and tune performance for latency and energy efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with device constraints and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Six or more years of experience in ML engineering, particularly with edge or mobile AI
• Strong proficiency in Python and C++
• Hands-on experience with model compression, quantization, and pruning techniques
• Experience deploying ML models to production on mobile or embedded platforms
