EDI Analyst I

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EDI Analyst I (B2B SaaS).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RCM/Clearinghouse capabilities to respond to customer inquiries
• Resolve support ticket inquiries related to EDI/ERA in a timely manner
• Identify opportunities to enhance the enrollment process and provide EDI/ERA support

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of X12 Manual (837P, 837I, 835, 276, 277)
• Experience with Healthcare EDI/ERA enrollment processes for Part A and/or Part B facilities
• Experience as an EDI Analyst, troubleshooting clearinghouse/payer related rejections
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work independently
• Ability to meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency
