EDI/API Integration Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer to support customer onboarding and EDI/API integration services in the freight forwarding and brokerage domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver EDI/API integration services
• Coordinate all stages of customer onboarding, including requirements gathering and testing
• Act as a liaison between technology and operational teams to ensure effective communication and project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Logistics, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Three years of professional experience in freight forwarding and logistics onboarding EDI/API
• Experience with integration services in the freight forwarding space
• Familiarity with CargoWise as a core freight and brokerage system is preferred
• Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver customer-centric solutions
