EDI Billing Analyst II

Job Summary

As a subject matter expert in billing processes, the full-time EDI Billing Analyst II will manage complex projects, train and mentor team members, and serve as a liaison with payers and vendors to ensure accurate claims submission and resolution of issues in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Leads complex projects and issue resolution efforts related to billing EDI
• Trains and mentors Billing EDI Analysts while educating colleagues on billing data transmission
• Conducts detailed data analysis of submission issues and maintains communication with management and stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of 837, 999, TA1, 277 files and medical billing
• Experience in mentoring or training
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating and developing processes
