EDI Business Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the Subject Matter Expert for the Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICRA) workflow, the contract EDI Business Analyst will manage individual plan data for smooth enrollment and coverage while partnering with internal and external teams to troubleshoot processes, all in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the ICRA workflow
• Manage individual plan data to ensure smooth enrollment and member coverage
• Partner with internal teams and external channel partners to troubleshoot and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in managing data accuracy and enrollment processes
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with API and electronic file formats (e.g., 834/820)
• Knowledge of health reimbursement arrangements and related workflows
