Job Summary
Supporting the Integration and Revisions teams, the full-time EDI Consultant will ensure efficient, compliant, and secure electronic data exchanges while managing EDI onboarding, tracking cases, and maintaining communication with policyholders and brokers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead EDI onboarding processes by identifying business needs, delivering file specifications, and facilitating testing
- Monitor and analyze EDI production activity to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with policyholders and brokers to clarify questions and educate them on EDI processes
Required qualifications
- Direct EDI work history with solid knowledge of EDI implementation
- Experience working with vendors, benefits administration partners, and/or customers on EDI or file feeds
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and formulas
- Strong background in eligibility requirements, contract provisions, and applicable federal/state laws
- Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet, located in the U.S. or Puerto Rico
