EDI Consulting Services Consultant
Job Summary
Managing EDI integrations for assigned customers, the full-time remote EDI Consulting Services Consultant will troubleshoot technical issues, support new implementations, and collaborate with customers and trading partners to ensure successful data translation between EDI environments and ERP systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage EDI integrations, including new implementations and ongoing maintenance for assigned customers
- Map EDI transactions to Epicor Kinetic formats and translate Kinetic data for external trading partners
- Troubleshoot integration and data issues, collaborating with customers to identify root causes and implement solutions
Required qualifications:
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to EDI and systems integration
- Experience in technical consulting or a closely related environment involving EDI
- Ability to manage customer priorities independently while collaborating with technical teams
- Experience working directly with customers, vendors, or trading partners
- Familiarity with EDI mapping, SFTP, AS2, or integrations involving multiple ERP platforms is a plus
