EDI Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of EDI specialists, the full-time remote EDI Development Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and support of EDI systems, ensuring seamless data exchange with partners and customers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the EDI development and support team, providing guidance and technical expertise
• Oversee the design and implementation of EDI solutions, ensuring compliance with standards and business requirements
• Coordinate with external trading partners to establish EDI connections and facilitate testing processes

Required qualifications

• Vocational or technical training in EDI, computer science, or a related field
• At least seven years of experience in EDI or a related business analyst role
• Proven experience in EDI development and implementation, preferably in a managerial capacity
• Strong technical proficiency in EDI standards and protocols (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT)
• Solid understanding of business processes and EDI integration
