EDI Enrollment Manager

Job Summary

EDI Enrollment Manager leads a full-time remote team responsible for the setup, maintenance, and optimization of electronic data interchange (EDI), electronic remittance advice (ERA), and electronic funds transfer (EFT) enrollments across various clearinghouses and payers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the EDI Enrollment team, managing performance and workload
• Oversee end-to-end enrollment processes, including issue resolution and compliance with payer requirements
• Monitor enrollment statuses and provide regular KPI reporting to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management with a focus on EDI/ERA/EFT enrollment
• 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in RCM/EDI/ERA/EFT functions
• Hands-on experience with clearinghouses and payer portals required
• Familiarity with RCM software and payer reimbursement workflows
