EDI Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EDI Enrollment Specialist to manage client enrollment for electronic remittance advice and electronic funds transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client enrollment through various insurance companies, vendors, and clearinghouses for electronic remittance advice (ERA) and electronic funds transfer (EFT)
• Provide administrative support for internal staff regarding setup, changes, and updates on enrollments
• Track enrollments accurately and efficiently while handling a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of accounts receivable or payment processing experience in a medical environment
• Ability to learn proprietary medical management software
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
