Job Summary
Working remotely from anywhere in the United States, the EDI Helpdesk Representative will serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing EDI-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of provider requests.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to EDI-related inquiries from healthcare providers
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve provider issues, escalating complex concerns as needed
- Conduct outbound follow-up communications to ensure timely resolution of provider requests
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service, call center support, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience in healthcare operations, provider services, or claims processing preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a remote environment
