EDI Integration Lead
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on technical leader, the full-time EDI Integration Lead will manage production support, incident management, and continuous improvement for a mission-critical supply chain integration environment remotely, requiring troubleshooting of complex integration failures and effective communication with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor transaction flows and manage incident response, prioritizing critical business impacts
- Troubleshoot EDI transactions and support onboarding and testing of integrations
- Utilize Azure tools for troubleshooting and validation across cloud services and databases
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, application support, or production support
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and SQL
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
- Strong understanding of EDI concepts and ability to learn D365
- Ability to lead teams and manage incidents under pressure
