EDI Integration Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting digital growth in a remote capacity, the full-time EDI Integration Specialist will facilitate EDI and third-party integrations, partner with stakeholders to understand integration requirements, and troubleshoot existing integration issues.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate EDI and third-party integrations for operating company customers
• Support system-to-system tools and document current and new integrations
• Partner with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and data mapping

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, eProcurement, EDI, or related system integration work
• Experience with EDI integrations, mapping, and customer/vendor onboarding preferred
• 2+ years of project management or implementation experience
• 1+ year of customer relationship management or customer-facing support experience
• Ability to understand integration requirements and data movement between systems
