Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience supporting applications in healthcare, finance, or HR environments
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle programming and report-writing experience
• 5+ years of experience with X12 EDI processing methodologies and file structures
• 2+ years of experience leading development or project teams
