Job Summary

Required Qualifications

  • Formal education and relevant expertise in a professional, sales, or technical area
  • Experience in ticket management, initial troubleshooting, and system monitoring
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Familiarity with standardized procedures and practices in technical support
