Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a technology-based field or equivalent work experience
- Formal education and relevant expertise in a professional, sales, or technical area
- Experience in ticket management, initial troubleshooting, and system monitoring
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Familiarity with standardized procedures and practices in technical support
