EDI Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EDI Coordinator to manage data operations and ensure seamless information flow across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of workflows between operational departments and collaborate with teams to clarify business requirements
• Analyze mapping of insurance claims and troubleshoot operational inquiries related to EDI files
• Coordinate ongoing EDI testing, implementations, and upgrades while communicating status updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in system analysis, data analysis, or process improvement
• 1+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
• Preferred associate or bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of the Healthcare & TPA Industry is preferred
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
