Job Summary

A company is looking for an EDI & Process Improvement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high data quality standards and ensure compliance with state-specific requirements
  • Perform data verification and validation, identifying and rectifying discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to monitor and implement necessary system changes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Five years of experience in claims adjusting or related fields, including three years with state EDI requirements
  • Knowledge of state-specific reporting requirements and EDI Tables
  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation claims processes and workflows
  • Experience with data management tools for verification processes
