Job Summary

A company is looking for an EDI & Process Improvement Specialist to manage data quality and compliance in EDI processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high data quality standards and ensure compliance with state-specific EDI requirements
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies in datasets, and document findings and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to monitor and implement necessary system changes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Five years of experience in claims adjusting or related fields, with three years focused on state EDI requirements
  • Knowledge of state-specific reporting requirements and EDI implementation guides
  • Strong understanding of workers' compensation claims processes
  • Experience with data management tools and compliance workflows
