Job Summary
A company is looking for an EDI & Process Improvement Specialist to manage data quality and compliance in EDI processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high data quality standards and ensure compliance with state-specific EDI requirements
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in datasets, and document findings and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to monitor and implement necessary system changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Five years of experience in claims adjusting or related fields, with three years focused on state EDI requirements
- Knowledge of state-specific reporting requirements and EDI implementation guides
- Strong understanding of workers' compensation claims processes
- Experience with data management tools and compliance workflows
