EDI Production Support Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of EDI Production Support and Member Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the EDI Production Support and Member Enrollment teams, ensuring balanced workloads and timely completion
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance quality and reduce workloads
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members and evaluate performance standards

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment related to the role
• 2+ years of experience in EDI and/or Member Enrollment
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus
