EDI Registration Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Revenue Cycle Management team, the full-time EDI Registration Specialist will manage EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments for payers, resolve payment misrouting issues, and maintain accurate provider portal databases in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Submit and manage EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments for all payers while resolving payment misrouting issues
• Maintain and update remit address changes with government and commercial payers
• Administer user portal access for RCM staff, ensuring timely and appropriate permissions

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• 3+ years of experience in medical office billing, AR, claims submission, or payment posting
• Basic knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, and other major commercial payers
• Experience with enrollment software preferred; SmartSheet knowledge a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
