EDI Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the remote EDI Solutions Architect will define and implement the end-to-end onboarding process for customers utilizing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions, ensuring successful integration and driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, guiding them through EDI testing and configuration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of customer EDI requirements
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful and timely onboarding of customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success and/or project management, particularly in the e-commerce industry
• Solid understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and experience in onboarding EDI implementations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
