EDI Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EDI Specialist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience to join their growing ERP Platform team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the D365 e-commerce system, resolving issues to minimize downtime
• Implement and maintain EDI solutions, collaborating with trading partners and internal teams
• Integrate EDI systems with existing business applications and provide technical support

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• 4-6 years of experience managing and supporting D365-based e-commerce systems
• Strong understanding of D365 modules and experience with EDI standards and formats
• Proficiency in EDI mapping and translation tools, as well as e-commerce operations and best practices
• Experience with D365 customization tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps
