EDI Supervisor

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and highly driven, the remote EDI Supervisor will oversee accurate data exchange with external partners, manage the EDI ticket process, and serve as the primary contact for configuration and process-related inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and test ANSI 834 files, gather carrier requirements, and support file integrations and data reconciliation
• Manage integrated carrier files and payroll vendor APIs while supporting renewal and open enrollment processes
• Lead a team, assist with workload balancing, and serve as the first point of escalation for urgent issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with ANSI 834 file testing and implementation required
• Strong knowledge of the health insurance industry and core products, including medical, dental, and vision, required
• Experience with Employee Navigator or similar enrollment management systems required
• Prior Team Lead or Supervisor experience preferred
