Job Summary

A company is looking for an EDI Support Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure 100% uptime of production EDI processes, meeting or exceeding SLAs
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and EDI vendors, facilitating communication and issue resolution
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to EDI processes and provide documentation and support to clients
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in EDI application interface development
  • Strong familiarity with EDI terminology and formats, including HIPAA-compliant file formats
  • General understanding of networking protocols and basic understanding of relational database structures
  • Relevant certifications in EDI technology or process improvement preferred
