Job Summary
A company is looking for an EDI Support Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% uptime of production EDI processes, meeting or exceeding SLAs
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and EDI vendors, facilitating communication and issue resolution
- Analyze and recommend improvements to EDI processes and provide documentation and support to clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in EDI application interface development
- Strong familiarity with EDI terminology and formats, including HIPAA-compliant file formats
- General understanding of networking protocols and basic understanding of relational database structures
- Relevant certifications in EDI technology or process improvement preferred
