EDI System Expert
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote EDI System Expert (LATAM) will ensure smooth electronic data exchanges by monitoring daily transactions, resolving integration errors, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily EDI transactions to ensure accurate processing of orders, invoices, and shipment notices
- Identify and resolve EDI or system integration errors to prevent delays in order fulfillment
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to correct data issues and maintain clear documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Working knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML/Flat File formats
- Familiarity with key EDI document types including 850, 856, and 810
- Experience with ERP system and EDI integrations is preferred
- Previous experience supporting EDI implementations or partner onboarding
