EDI Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting existing EDI systems, the remote EDI Systems Engineer will manage front-end and translator systems using X.12/5010 standards, assist with new implementations, and troubleshoot customer issues within multi-tier environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Support existing EDI front-end and translator systems using X.12/5010 EDI standards
• Assist with the implementation of new EDI front-end and translator systems
• Research and resolve customer issues related to file submissions and report retrieval

Required qualifications:

• 6 years of application development, systems testing, or related experience
• Experience with Unix command line and shell scripting
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and analyzing multi-tier distributed systems/applications
• Knowledge of C/C++ and SQL/database integration (Oracle or open source)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
