Job Summary

A company is looking for an eDiscovery Lead Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of high-volume, complex discovery projects, including data collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI)
• Advise litigation defense teams on discovery strategy by applying deep knowledge of eDiscovery workflows and legal nuances
• Collaborate across Corporate Legal, Employment Law, and Insurance litigation teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Deep expertise in managing high-volume, complex litigation matters
• Experience with advanced eDiscovery technologies and data analytics
• Knowledge of eDiscovery workflows and legal strategies
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members
• Experience in drafting and negotiating ESI protocols and discovery documents
