Job Summary

A company is looking for an eDiscovery Manager to oversee complex eDiscovery projects remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage eDiscovery projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement eDiscovery strategies and best practices to optimize efficiency
• Collaborate with legal teams and external vendors to execute eDiscovery processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 25 years of experience in eDiscovery management
• In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery processes and legal requirements
• Proficiency in eDiscovery tools and technologies, such as Relativity and Nuix
• Certification in eDiscovery (e.g., Certified eDiscovery Specialist) is a plus
