eDiscovery Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of project management and data mining professionals, the full-time eDiscovery Manager will ensure world-class service during project initiation, data mining, and case closure while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure clients receive exceptional service throughout project phases
• Manage and mentor a team, fostering professional development and a positive work environment
• Implement new technologies, including AI and machine learning tools, to enhance data mining capabilities

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in eDiscovery Client Services, Project Management, or Cyber Incident Response
• Proficiency with Relativity and eDiscovery concepts, including data culling and metadata analysis
• Strong people management skills with a focus on team development
• Experience with industry-specific tools, such as Canopy, and familiarity with AI-based culling tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and meet challenging deadlines
