Job Summary
eDiscovery Project Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for managing eDiscovery services, ensuring high-quality client service, and supporting legal teams in various phases of discovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support attorneys and paralegals in all phases of discovery, serving as a subject-matter expert in eDiscovery tools
- Coordinate eDiscovery technical operations, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements
- Apply project management methodologies to eDiscovery matters, maintaining documentation and tracking tasks from inception to completion
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-7 years of project management experience in a litigation law firm or eDiscovery vendor environment
- Experience with Relativity; preferred certifications include Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
- Strong knowledge of eDiscovery concepts, including data security and alternative data sources
- Highly IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and data-handling technologies
