Job Summary

eDiscovery Project Manager, a full-time remote position focused on providing eDiscovery services, managing data, and supporting legal teams in various discovery phases while ensuring high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and support attorneys and paralegals in all phases of discovery, serving as a subject-matter expert in eDiscovery tools
  • Coordinate eDiscovery technical operations, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements
  • Apply project management methodologies to eDiscovery matters, tracking tasks and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-7 years of project management experience in a litigation law firm or eDiscovery vendor environment
  • Experience with Relativity and preferred certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
  • Strong knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and eDiscovery technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and other relevant data-handling technologies
