eDiscovery Project Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, the full-time remote eDiscovery Project Manager will manage e-discovery projects, train and oversee a team, and ensure effective communication and solutions across departments to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Discover and interpret client needs while consulting on methodologies to achieve their goals
• Manage internal processes and collaborate with other departments to guide project execution
• Monitor team performance and report project information to the Regional Client Services Manager

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an e-discovery environment; experience with hosting services is a plus
• Familiarity with multiple processing and hosting platforms
• Industry qualifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Analytics Expert are advantageous
• Availability to work extended hours as needed during peak project loads
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences
