eDiscovery Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects, the full-time eDiscovery Project Manager will serve as the primary client contact from project initiation through closeout, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and effective communication with stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of eDiscovery projects, managing all phases from initiation to final delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects meet quality and compliance standards
• Facilitate project meetings and internal communication to ensure timely and accurate project completion

Required qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in eDiscovery project management in a client-facing role
• Proven ability to lead multiple eDiscovery projects from win to completion in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model stages and data privacy laws
• Hands-on expertise in eDiscovery tools and platforms
• University degree or equivalent qualification preferred; RCA certification is a plus
