eDiscovery Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects, the full-time remote eDiscovery Project Manager will serve as the primary client contact from project initiation to closeout, ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of eDiscovery projects, ensuring timely and compliant execution
• Act as the trusted advisor for clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and project status updates
• Apply technical knowledge of eDiscovery processes to achieve client-focused outcomes and maintain project quality

Required qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in eDiscovery project management in a client-facing role
• Proven ability to lead multiple eDiscovery projects to successful completion
• Deep understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model stages and eDiscovery tools
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance frameworks such as FRCP and GDPR
• University degree or equivalent qualification preferred; RCA certification is a plus
