eDiscovery Project Manager

Job Summary

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, the full-time remote eDiscovery Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Successfully manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple eDiscovery projects, overseeing all phases from initiation to final delivery
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope while meeting compliance standards
• Provide informed guidance to clients and internal teams, facilitating strategic decision-making and strengthening long-term relationships

Required qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in eDiscovery project management in a client-facing role
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model stages and data privacy laws
• Hands-on expertise in eDiscovery tools and platforms
• University degree or equivalent qualification preferred; RCA certification is a plus
