Job Summary

Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time eDiscovery Project Manager will oversee project coordination and execution, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication of deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to own the service delivery relationship
• Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables
• Ensure project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy through routine verification and communication

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects successfully
• Strong oral and written communication skills that convey confident leadership
• Solid understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements
• Demonstrated capability in project planning, client relationship management, and timely financial reviews
