eDiscovery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an eDiscovery Specialist to support enterprise electronic discovery and data collection services within a large Federal Microsoft 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Microsoft 365 mailbox extractions and enterprise data collection for litigation and regulatory requests
• Manage Microsoft Purview eDiscovery cases, including legal hold implementation and defensible search execution
• Support review workflows and maintain chain-of-custody documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience in Microsoft 365 eDiscovery and data collection services
• Strong experience using Microsoft Purview eDiscovery (Standard and Premium)
• Experience performing mailbox extractions and implementing legal holds
• Experience with encrypted content handling (S/MIME, RMS)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
