eDiscovery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an eDiscovery Specialist to support the Federal Aviation Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end eDiscovery processes, including data collection, processing, review, and production
• Ensure compliance with legal hold requirements and data preservation standards while coordinating with legal counsel
• Utilize eDiscovery platforms for data processing, perform quality control checks, and maintain documentation throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or digital forensics
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as Relativity or Nuix
• Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
• Ability to obtain a Secret level Security Clearance
