Job Summary
To support the Federal Aviation Administration, the full-time eDiscovery Specialist will manage end-to-end eDiscovery processes, including data collection, processing, review, and production, while ensuring compliance with legal standards and collaborating with legal counsel and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and apply methods to obtain electronically stored information (ESI) from various data sources
- Perform data culling, deduplication, and quality control checks in accordance with EDRM standards
- Train legal staff and management on eDiscovery review platforms and maintain documentation of workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or digital forensics
- Hands-on experience with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity or Nuix
- Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
- Ability to obtain a Secret level Security Clearance
