Job Summary

A company is looking for an eDiscovery Technical Services Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and support eDiscovery applications and their infrastructure
  • Maintain and monitor client environments, ensuring timely communication regarding incident progress
  • Manage service tickets and document internal processes and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Administration of Windows Server 2012 and above
  • Experience with ticket management and issue tracking
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation
  • Virtualization administration (VMware preferred)
  • Advanced networking and firewall administration (SonicWALL preferred)
