Job Summary
A company is looking for an eDiscovery Technical Services Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support eDiscovery applications and their infrastructure
- Maintain and monitor client environments, ensuring timely communication regarding incident progress
- Manage service tickets and document internal processes and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Administration of Windows Server 2012 and above
- Experience with ticket management and issue tracking
- Knowledge of scripting and automation
- Virtualization administration (VMware preferred)
- Advanced networking and firewall administration (SonicWALL preferred)
