eDiscovery Training Lead

Job Summary

Owning the eDiscovery curriculum, the remote eDiscovery Training Lead will design, deliver, and maintain training for internal teams and clients on Syllo's platform, ensuring users can utilize it with confidence and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the eDiscovery curriculum for various audiences
• Deliver live training sessions and recorded modules on Syllo's eDiscovery application
• Regularly update training materials to align with platform updates and identify training gaps for client accounts

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology
• Strong working knowledge of eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, or Nuix
• Experience developing or delivering training and documentation for legal audiences
• Familiarity with metadata structures and production specifications
• Ability to explain technical eDiscovery concepts to diverse audiences
