Job Summary

A company is looking for an Editor for a regular full-time position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly review and edit text for grammar, syntax, usage, style, and consistency
• Proofread copy at various stages of development for 100% accuracy
• Perform editorial reviews of XML-based components, provide feedback, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth production

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, or related discipline
• Minimum of three years of copyediting experience
• Strong knowledge of assessment development and all phases of assessments
• Experience with project leadership, resource allocation, and coordinating deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based collaborative platforms
