A company is looking for an Editor to join their editorial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit news stories and features, write headlines, and perform line editing
• Check facts, select photos, and supply captions for stories
• Review newsletters in the evenings before publication

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of full-time copy editing experience at a news organization
• Exceptional understanding of grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and vocabulary
• Working knowledge of AP style
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
