A company is looking for a Central Editor to lead and expand its commercial real estate news operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide editorial planning and execution for daily coverage and special projects
• Manage a team of reporters and freelancers, focusing on their organization and growth
• Assign articles and edit online content, newsletters, and morning briefs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an editorial team, with management experience
• Experience in business-to-business reporting; commercial real estate reporting is a plus
• Proven ability to edit and recruit high-caliber writers and editors
• Familiarity with content management systems and basic SEO knowledge
• Strong news judgment and understanding of the CRE news landscape in Texas and Chicago
