Key Responsibilities

• Support a team of reporters and fellows to ensure adherence to story standards and audience needs
• Design and implement coverage plans leveraging audience insights and reporter expertise
• Edit and prepare stories for publication across various formats and collaborate with team members

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience editing and assigning stories in a newsroom
• Demonstrated news judgment and ability to publish audience-centered stories
• Experience with content management systems like WordPress and audience analytics tools
• Ability to work creatively and collaboratively with journalists
• Experience using digital tools for communication and collaboration in a remote setting
