Key Responsibilities

• Manage the editorial handling of papers and peer-review processes
• Directly manage Deputy and Senior Editors
• Develop relationships with health communities to attract high-quality research

Required Qualifications

• A Medical Degree or a PhD with postdoctoral research experience
• Extensive editorial experience at a senior level
• Thorough knowledge of biological and medical sciences
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with IT systems including MS Office
