Job Summary
Providing editorial operational support to Consumer Health editorial teams, the full-time Editorial Assistant will manage communication materials, coordinate review processes, and assist with light copyediting in a remote/hybrid capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Perform editorial process tasks requiring problem-solving skills and independent judgment
- Coordinate content writing and review processes with internal editorial teams while tracking data and schedules
- Utilize editorial software to assist with content production and manage publication tools
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or at least 2 years of relevant editorial experience
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to learn and use editorial software and content management systems
- Experience performing basic copyediting tasks
- Flexibility to multi-task and respond to high-priority requests
