Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried LX Editorial Content Manager will ensure the clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency of educational courses across various licensing verticals, leveraging AI-assisted workflows and providing editorial feedback to enhance content quality.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and write content across licensing verticals while adhering to established standards and AI systems
• Review course materials for brand voice, clarity, and instructional effectiveness, providing actionable feedback to content managers
• Collaborate with designers on content creation and refine editorial processes and documentation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of editing and/or writing experience in consumer-facing, educational, or regulated content
• Strong editorial skills with the ability to identify and rectify voice inconsistencies and instructional gaps
• Experience in writing original content and improving others' work
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple review cycles across different content verticals
• Comfortable using AI writing and editing tools with a collaborative mindset for long-term projects
