Job Summary

An organization is seeking an experienced and innovative Editorial Director to lead content and editorial strategy and writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embody an editorial leadership approach with a player/coach mentality, integrating tactical guidance and execution with a strategic vision to effectively lead and manage a team of writers, editors, and content creators
• Define and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all written and visual content, ensuring alignment with core values
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that resonates with core values, mission, and target audience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or related field
• 7+ years of proven experience in editorial leadership, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting
• Robust understanding of fine jewelry, luxury and/or fashion
• Proficiency in SEO strategies and content optimization
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools
