Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the editorial roadmap, prioritizing publishing based on performance data and SEO insights
• Lead and mentor staff and freelance writers, coaching on effective use of AI tools for content creation
• Oversee end-to-end editorial production, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with established standards

Required Qualifications

• Degree in English, journalism, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in journalism, editing, or a related editorial role
• Proven experience managing editorial teams and overseeing content production
• Strong understanding of digital media, including SEO and audience engagement strategies
• Experience with AI tools and methodologies in editorial processes
